Constructed from a range of ASTM certified materials, we have the capacity to manufacture API 590 class paddle and spectacle blinds for a range of both small- and large-scale applications. Our computer controlled precision waterjet and laser cutting equipment gives us tight controls over process parameters to meet tight dimensional tolerances of ±.002”. We apply a rigorous set of test and inspection strategies to ensure the integrity of these critical components and guarantee there is no possibility of any flow or leakage during in-field use.
